The manufacturing process includes stopping the fermentation of the must by the addition of brandy (benefit or brandy), wine-making and aging. Fermentation in lagars with skin maceration and reassembly at a temperature of 29ºC until reaching the Baumé desired, by adding in this stage the brandy. High quality wine from one harvest. In wood during variable periods of time, never inferior to 7 years, and subsequently bottled through market requests.

Vivid amber color. Nose rich and elegant, dominated by the presence of nuts, well wrapped by the fine touch of vanilla and chocolate. An intense, full-bodied wine with delicacy and stupendous structure. Deep end, persistent and appetizing.
